Jiangsu Changbao Steeltube Co., Ltd. announced the completion of its industrial and commercial change registration. The decision, approved at the company’s Sixth Board of Directors Twelfth Meeting on March 27, 2025, and the 2024 Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2025, involved a reduction in registered capital and amendments to the company's articles of association. The company's registered capital has been adjusted from CNY 90,134.6228 million to CNY 90,098.6228 million. Furthermore, the company has expanded its business scope to include "Special Equipment Manufacturing." The updated business license has been issued by the Changzhou Municipal Government Service Management Office. The company's board of directors formally announced the completion on June 20, 2025.
