Sinotruk announces CNY 473.44m 2024 dividend distribution

Sinotruk Jinan Truck (SZSE:000951) announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, which was approved on May 15, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 4.05 (inclusive of tax) per 10 shares, totaling CNY 473,442,955.16. The distribution is based on the total share capital of 1,174,869,360 shares, less the 5,874,409 repurchased shares. The equity registration date is set for June 26, 2025, and the ex-right/ex-dividend date is June 27, 2025. For Hong Kong market investors, QFII, RQFII and individual and fund investors holding pre-IPO restricted shares, the dividend after tax will be CNY 3.645 per 10 shares.
