CMSK: Shekou Holdings to redeem 2022 bonds

China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Holdings (SZSE:001979) has announced the redemption and delisting of its "22 蛇口03" corporate bonds (bond code: 149956), publicly issued to professional investors in 2022. The record date for bondholders is June 20, 2025, with the payment date scheduled for June 23, 2025. Bondholders will receive CNY 29.00 per CNY 1,000 face value, inclusive of tax. China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Shenzhen Branch will handle the interest payment. The bonds will be delisted from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on the same payment date.
