Chengdu Kanghong Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002773) has announced revisions to its Articles of Association. The changes aim to align the company's practices with current laws and regulations, as well as best practices in corporate governance. Notably, the revised articles specify procedures for external guarantees, related-party transactions, profit distribution, and the establishment of various board committees. The updated charter also outlines the structure and responsibilities of the company's Party organization, as well as rules regarding director and supervisor conduct, conflicts of interest, and remuneration. The amendments were approved in May 2025.
