Asymchem announces 2024 annual equity distribution implementation

Asymchem Laboratories (Tianjin) (SZSE:002821) announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, which was approved at the company's 2024 annual general meeting. The distribution will be based on a total A-share capital of 331,597,760 shares eligible for profit distribution. The company plans to distribute a total of CNY 364,757,536.00 in cash dividends to A-shareholders. The record date for the equity distribution is June 25, 2025, and the ex-date is June 26, 2025. For every 10 shares held, investors will receive CNY 11 (inclusive of tax).
