Zhejiang Talent cancels special account for raised funds

Zhejiang Talent Television & Film (SZSE:300426) announced today it has cancelled a specific special account related to previously raised funds. The move comes after the funds, originating from a share issuance approved in 2025 (证监许可〔2025〕30号), were fully utilized according to their intended purpose. The total gross proceeds from the share issuance were CNY 412,635,213.90, with net proceeds totaling CNY 405,445,708.47 after deducting issuance expenses of CNY 7,189,505.43. The cancelled account, held at Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (account number 95050078801300001436), was used for repaying loans. With the account closure, the corresponding tripartite supervision agreement involving the company, its sponsor, and the bank has been terminated. The company maintains a separate raised funds account with China Everbright Bank.
