Xiamen Changelight schedules first extraordinary shareholder meeting

Xiamen Changelight (SZSE:300102) will convene its first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on June 20, 2025. The meeting, called and approved by the company's board, will address key items including proposed changes to the use, implementers, and locations of invested funds from previous capital raisings, as well as possible project extensions. Shareholders of record by June 17, 2025, are eligible to attend and vote, either in person at the company's meeting room in Xiamen or via online voting systems. The online voting period is scheduled for the same day as the meeting. Separate voting will be conducted for smaller investors.
