Wuhan Huazhong Numerical Control: Shareholder Zall pledges shares

Wuhan Huazhong Numerical Control (SZSE:300161) announced that its controlling shareholder, Zall Smart Manufacturing Group, has pledged 3,900,000 shares, representing 7.05% of its holdings and 1.96% of the company's total share capital. The pledge period runs from June 17, 2025, to June 17, 2026, with China Securities Co., Ltd. as the pledgee. This pledge is for Zall Smart Manufacturing’s own production and operational needs. Following this transaction, Zall Smart Manufacturing has pledged a total of 27,570,092 shares, accounting for 49.85% of its holdings in Wuhan Huazhong. Along with shares pledged by controlling shareholder Yan Zhi, the company's total pledged shares amount to 31,770,092. The company stated that Zall Smart Manufacturing has a strong credit profile and the pledge does not pose significant risks to the company's operations or governance.
