Oriental Nations: Controlling shareholders extend share pledge repurchase

Beijing Oriental Nations Corporation (SZSE:300166) disclosed that controlling shareholders Guan Lianping and Huo Weiping have extended the repurchase date for a combined 37,180,000 pledged shares, representing 3.26% of the company's total share capital. Guan Lianping extended the repurchase on 12,860,000 shares and 4,470,000 shares to December 17, 2025. Huo Weiping extended the repurchase date on 14,690,000 shares and 5,160,000 shares to January 16, 2026. Following the extension, Guan's pledged shares amount to 61,930,000, or 34.80% of his holdings, while Huo's total pledged shares are 42,970,000, representing 33.01% of his holdings. The company assures that this extension does not pose a risk of forced liquidation and will not impact its operations or corporate governance.
