Joyvio Food completes major asset sale to affiliate

Joyvio Food Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300268) has announced the completion of a major asset sale, transferring its 100% equity stake in Beijing Joyvio Zhencheng Technology Co., Ltd. to Joyvio Pinnfresh (Beijing) Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., an affiliate of its parent holding group. The transaction, formalized on June 17, 2025, involved a symbolic transaction price of CNY1. With the transfer complete, Joyvio Zhencheng is no longer consolidated within Joyvio Food's financial statements. Independent financial advisor Huaan Securities and legal counsel Beijing Zhonglun Law Firm confirmed that the transaction met all legal and regulatory requirements.
