Huijin Electromechanical finalizes strategic investment, completes registration

Hebei Huijin Electromechanical (SZSE:300368) announced that its subsidiary, Huijin Electromechanical, and Beijing Zhongke Teda Technology, have completed a capital increase and share expansion with strategic investor China Cinda Asset Management. China Cinda injected CNY 137 million into Huijin Electromechanical and CNY 101 million into Zhongke Teda, funds earmarked for debt repayment. Post-investment, China Cinda holds 49.82% of Huijin Electromechanical and 49.75% of Zhongke Teda. All parties have now signed the relevant agreements and completed the capital injection. Huijin Electromechanical and Zhongke Teda have finalized the necessary business registration changes.
