COL Digital completes registered capital reduction

COL Digital Publishing Group (SZSE:300364) announced it has completed the industrial and commercial registration related to the reduction of its registered capital, following shareholder approval in July and August 2024 and further amendments in December 2024. The company utilized funds from a share repurchase program to reduce capital. The total share capital decreased from 729,939,618 shares to 728,500,118 shares. As a result, the registered capital is now CNY 72,850.0118 million, down from CNY 72,993.9618 million. The company has been issued a new business license by the Dongcheng District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Beijing.
