Beijing VRV shareholder Xu Zifa completes share reduction plan

Beijing VRV Software (SZSE:300352) announced that shareholder Xu Zifa has completed their previously disclosed share reduction plan. From March 19, 2025, to April 3, 2025, Xu Zifa sold 14,498,240 shares of the company via centralized bidding through the securities trading system. The average selling prices ranged from CNY5.05 to CNY5.82 per share. These transactions reduced Xu Zifa's stake in Beijing VRV Software by 1%, bringing their total holdings down to 4.01% of the company's total share capital. The share reduction adhered to relevant laws and regulations, and the actual reduction aligned with the previously announced plans.
