Beijing Etrol Tech shareholder's stake partially frozen

Beijing Etrol Technologies (SZSE:300370) announced that a portion of shares held by shareholder Yu Ling, who owns 5.86% of the company's total share capital, have been subject to a follow-up freeze. Specifically, 60,000,000 shares, representing 65.42% of Yu Ling’s holdings and 3.83% of Etrol’s total share capital, were frozen by the Intermediate People's Court of Yibin City, Sichuan Province, for a period of 12 months beginning on June 4, 2025, due to a guarantee dispute between Yu Ling and Yibin Xuzhou Chuangyi Industrial Investment Co. Ltd.
