Yuan Longping Agriculture approves amended profit distribution, charter

Yuan Longping High-Tech Agriculture (SZSE:000998) announced that its shareholders have approved the amended 2024 profit distribution plan. The approval was secured with 99.33% of votes in favor, representing 554,001,532 shares. A second resolution to amend the company's articles of association and registered capital also passed with 99.30% approval, reflecting 553,842,303 shares. The resolutions were adopted at the company's first interim shareholders' meeting of 2025, combining on-site and online voting, and were deemed legally valid by Hunan Qiyuan Law Firm.
