Ourpalm completes cancellation of restricted shares

Ourpalm (SZSE:300315) announced the completion of the repurchase and cancellation of restricted shares from 12 employees who did not meet performance targets. The repurchase price was set at CNY1.388 per share, including interest. The total repurchase consideration amounted to CNY17,429,456.06, funded from the company's own capital.
