Lens Technology gets green light for HK share listing

Lens Technology (SZSE:300433) announced that it has received a filing notification from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) regarding its plan to issue H shares and list them on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX). The company intends to issue no more than 431,313,700 overseas listed ordinary shares.
