Jindan Tech: Bond conversions hit 10%, shareholder dilution, share sale

Henan Jindan Lactic Acid Technology (SZSE:300829) has announced that the cumulative conversion of its "Jindan Convertible Bonds" has reached 10% of the company's total issued shares before conversion, totaling 24,417,845 shares as of June 16, 2025. This conversion accounts for 13.52% of the company's total share capital before the bond conversion. As of the same date, CNY 3,342,646 of "Jindan Convertible Bonds" remained unconverted, representing 47.75% of the total issuance.
