Hunan Huakai Cultural And Creative (SZSE:300592) announced that shareholder Zhou Xinhua reduced his stake in the company. According to a simplified equity change report, Zhou Xinhua sold 300,000 shares on June 16, 2025, at an average price of CNY11.04 per share. This transaction reduced Zhou Xinhua’s stake by 0.07%, bringing his total holdings to 22,842,658 shares, representing 5.64% of the company’s total share capital. Zhou Xinhua indicated the share reduction was based on his personal funding needs. Zhou Xinhua and his concert parties may continue to increase or decrease shareholdings in the company.
