Etrol Technologies (SZSE:300370) announced a positive development in its long-standing litigation, receiving property and vehicle assets valued at CNY 6,910,915.00 following a Beijing court's enforcement rulings. The court transferred ownership of real estate and vehicle assets previously held by defendants to Etrol Technologies. While the court terminated initial proceedings against other defendants due to a lack of available assets, it stipulated that obligations persist and Etrol Technologies may request resumption upon discovery of new assets. The asset transfer is projected to yield CNY 6,706,035.32 in revenue for the company in 2025.
