Zhongxing Bio-Tech's controlling shareholder extends share pledge

Tianshui Zhongxing Bio-Technology (SZSE:002772) announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Tao Jun, has extended the share pledge on 16,890,000 shares, representing 15.3356% of his holdings and 4.2951% of the company's total share capital. The pledge, originally set to mature on June 11, 2025, has been extended to June 11, 2026, with Southwest Securities Co., Ltd. as the pledgee. This extension doesn't involve new financing. Following the extension, Tao Jun's total pledged shares amount to 47,310,000. Combined with the pledges of another concert party, Tian De, the total pledged shares amount to 62,310,000, which is 44.1075% of the total shares held by both. The company states that the pledge risks are controllable and won't result in changes in actual control.
