Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes: Shareholder's stake passes 41%

Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes (SZSE:000778) announced today that its controlling shareholder, Xinxing Jihua Group, has increased its holdings in the company. Between June 4 and June 13, 2025, Xinxing Jihua Group acquired 31,839,700 shares through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, representing 0.80% of the company's total share capital. The total investment for these shares amounted to CNY 112,429,783. Following this transaction, Xinxing Jihua Group now holds 1,626,648,003 shares, increasing its ownership from 40.24% to 41.04%. Xinxing Jihua Group intends to continue its share purchase plan, initiated in December 2024, with a total planned investment ranging from CNY 150 million to CNY 300 million.
