Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes: Director and GM Liu resigns

Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes (SZSE: 000778) announced today that Liu Tao has resigned from his positions as Director and General Manager, effective June 13, 2025, citing work reasons. Mr. Liu will no longer hold any positions within the company. According to company regulations, Mr. Liu's departure will not reduce the board below the statutory minimum. As of the announcement date, Mr. Liu holds 16,600 shares of the company which will be managed according to regulations.
