Western Securities extends bond book-building deadline

Western Securities Co., Ltd. has announced an extension to the book-building deadline for its third phase of corporate bonds aimed at professional investors. The offering, with a total value not exceeding CNY 18 billion, has already received approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission. This third phase has a maximum issuance size of CNY 1 billion (inclusive). Originally scheduled to conclude on June 16, 2025, from 15:00 to 18:00, the book-building period will now end at 19:00 on the same day due to significant fluctuations in the bond market, as agreed upon by the issuer and lead underwriter. The lead underwriter for the offering is Guoyuan Securities.
