Tibet Mineral Development announces 2024 equity distribution

Tibet Mineral Development Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000762) has announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved by shareholders on April 23, 2025. The distribution will see a cash dividend of CNY 0.50 (inclusive of tax) paid for every 10 shares held, based on a total share capital of 521,174,140 shares as of December 31, 2024. The total cash distribution will amount to CNY 26,058,707.00. For Hong Kong market investors, overseas institutions and individuals holding pre-IPO restricted shares, the dividend is CNY 0.45 per 10 shares. The equity registration date is set for June 18, 2025, with the ex-date following on June 19, 2025. The company has stated that the distribution plan aligns with the approved shareholder resolution and that no changes have occurred to the total share capital since the plan's initial disclosure.
