New Industries Biomedical: Shareholder pledges, releases stock

Shenzhen New Industries Biomedical Engineering (SZSE:300832) announced that its controlling shareholder, Tibet New Industries Investment Management, has completed transactions involving the pledge and release of company shares. Tibet New Industries pledged 8.28 million shares and released 7 million previously pledged shares. Following the transactions, Tibet New Industries has pledged a cumulative total of 71.09 million shares, representing 33.66% of its holdings and 9.05% of the company’s total share capital. The pledge is for debt repayment. The releases were done through Huatai Securities.
