Shaoneng Group shareholder releases 97.4m shares from pledge

Guangdong Shaoneng Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000601) announced today that Shenzhen Zhaowei Hengfa Energy, a shareholder holding over 5% of the company's shares, has released 97,398,100 shares from pledge. This release represents 68.77% of Zhaowei Hengfa Energy's holdings and 9.02% of Shaoneng Group's total share capital.
