Shennan Circuits' controlling shareholder completes name change registration

Shennan Circuits (SZSE:002916) announced today that its controlling shareholder has completed the industrial and commercial registration procedures for a change of company name. The controlling shareholder is now officially known as "Shen Tian Ke Ji Kong Gu (Shenzhen) You Xian Gong Si," translated as Deep Sky Technology Holding (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and has received a new business license from the Shenzhen Market Supervision Administration. The change in name of the controlling shareholder does not affect its shareholding in Shennan Circuits, nor does it result in any changes to the actual controller of the company. Shennan Circuits affirmed that this event will not impact its ongoing business operations.
