Sai Micro Electronics to sell Silex AB stake in restructuring

** Sai Micro Electronics Inc. (SZSE:300456) announced it will proceed with the sale of a 45.24% stake in its wholly-owned Swedish subsidiary, Silex Microsystems AB, to seven external parties, including Bure Equity AB and Creades AB, for approximately CNY 394.22 million. As part of the deal, Silex will distribute a dividend of CNY 187.73 million to its parent company, and Silex management will receive CNY 39.42 million in compensation for their equity holdings. The transaction is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, including a go-ahead from Swedish FDI authorities.
