Huagong Tech announces 2024 annual equity distribution

Huagong Tech (SZSE:000988) has announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan. The record date for shareholders entitled to the dividend is June 19, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of June 20, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 2.019684 per 10 shares (before tax) based on the total share capital of 995,702,707 shares, after excluding repurchased shares. For Hong Kong market investors, offshore institutions (including QFII and RQFII), and individuals and funds holding pre-IPO restricted shares, the dividend after tax will be CNY 1.817716 per 10 shares. The total cash distribution amounts to CNY 201,100,541.40, with retained earnings of CNY 252,621,205.34 carried forward. The dividend for the A-share shareholders will be directly credited to their securities accounts on June 20, 2025.
