East Money Securities completes bond repayment and delisting

East Money Information Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300059) announced today that its subsidiary, East Money Securities Co., Ltd., has completed the repayment of principal and interest for its 2023 private placement of corporate bonds (third tranche) to professional investors, identified as "23 East Finance 03" (Bond Code: 133545.SZ). The bonds, with a total issuance size of CNY 2.3 billion and an issuance price of CNY 100 per bond, had an interest rate of 3.08% per annum. The interest payment from June 13, 2024, to June 12, 2025, has been fully settled. The bonds were officially delisted today, June 14, 2025. The announcement was made by East Money Information's board of directors.
