Dongshan Precision's controlling shareholder adjusts share pledge status

Suzhou Dongshan Precision Manufacturing (SZSE:002384) announced that its controlling shareholder, Yuan Yongfeng, has been actively managing his share pledges. Yuan Yongfeng recently pledged 1.8 million shares for replacement of prior pledges and released several previous share pledges, involving 1.8 million shares released on June 13, 2025, among other transactions. Following these transactions, Yuan Yongfeng holds 22,238,820 shares (13.04%), of which 8,472,000 are pledged, or 38.10% of his holdings. Yuan clarified that these actions are for replacing previous pledges and do not represent new financing. This share activity represents a notable, but not uncommon, financial maneuver among major shareholders.
