Beijing Shougang announces 2024 dividend distribution plan

Beijing Shougang Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000959) announced the implementation of its 2024 dividend distribution plan following approval at the annual general meeting held on June 6, 2025. Shareholders will receive a cash dividend of CNY 0.22 per 10 shares (before tax), based on a total share capital of 7,773,981,020 shares, totaling CNY 171,027,582.44. This represents 37.67% of the company's 2024 consolidated distributable profit. The equity registration date is set for June 19, 2025, with the ex-dividend date on June 20, 2025. The company also stated that the repurchase price of restricted stocks under the 2021 incentive plan will be adjusted to CNY 3.118 per share.
