Anhui Honglu Steel announces 2024 equity distribution

Anhui Honglu Steel Construction Group (SZSE:002541) has announced its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, which was approved at the shareholders' meeting on May 9, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 3.60 (tax included) per 10 shares to all shareholders based on the total share capital on the record date, after deducting the shares held in the company's repurchase account. The total dividend payout amounts to CNY 247,450,791.24, with no bonus shares or capitalization of capital reserves. The equity registration date is set for June 19, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is June 20, 2025. The adjusted conversion price of the company's convertible bonds "Honglu Convertible Bonds" (SZSE:128134) will be reduced to CNY 32.08 per share from June 20, 2025.
