Yuegui Guangye announces 2024 annual dividend distribution plan

Guangxi Yuegui Guangye Holdings has announced the implementation details of its 2024 annual dividend distribution plan, as approved at the company’s annual general meeting held on April 23, 2025. The plan involves a cash dividend of CNY 0.122 (inclusive of tax) per share, based on a total share capital of 802,082,221 shares, amounting to a total cash distribution of CNY 97,854,030.96. The equity registration date is set for June 17, 2025, with the ex-dividend date on June 18, 2025. Shareholders registered with China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch will receive their dividends through their custodian securities firms. Dividends for three specific shareholders—Yunfu Guangye Sulfide Ore Group Co., Ltd., Guangdong Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd., and Guangxi Guangye Yuegui Investment Group Co., Ltd.—will be distributed directly by the company. The company's total share capital remains unchanged after the distribution.
