Wanliyang's controlling shareholder pledges and releases shares

Zhejiang Wanliyang (SZSE:002434) announced that its controlling shareholder, Wanliyang Group, has completed both share pledge and release transactions. Specifically, Wanliyang Group pledged 1,000,000 shares until June 4, 2025 and 60,000,000 shares until June 4, 2025. Concurrently, Wanliyang Group released 52,000,000 shares on June 5, 2025 and 23,000,000 shares on June 5, 2025. After these transactions, Wanliyang Group holds 396,588,144 shares in Wanliyang, accounting for 30.21% of the total share capital, with a cumulative pledged amount of 212,250,000 shares.
