Wanfeng Auto Wheel announces 2024 equity distribution

Zhejiang Wanfeng Auto Wheel Co., Ltd. announced the implementation details of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, which was approved at the shareholder's meeting on May 20, 2025. Shareholders of record as of June 17, 2025, will receive a cash dividend of CNY 1.00 (inclusive of tax) per 10 shares. The total distribution amounts to CNY 212,329,752.00. For Hong Kong market investors holding shares through Shenzhen Stock Connect, as well as overseas institutions (including QFII and RQFII) and individuals holding pre-IPO restricted shares, the dividend will be CNY 0.90 per 10 shares after tax. The ex-right/ex-dividend date is set for June 18, 2025. The company will distribute dividends for some A-share shareholders by itself.
