Tianma Microelectronics announces leadership changes

Tianma Microelectronics (SZSE:000050) announced the resignation of Chairman Peng Xuhui due to work adjustments. Peng Xuhui, who held 7,800 shares in the company, also relinquished his roles on the board's strategy and risk management committees, effective immediately. Simultaneously, the company disclosed the resignation of General Manager Cheng Wei, who will remain on the board. The board of directors subsequently elected Cheng Wei as the new Chairman of the company at a meeting held on June 12, 2025. Cheng Wei, who holds 7,700 shares in the company, assumes the role of legal representative for Tianma Microelectronics. The company expressed its gratitude to Peng Xuhui for his contributions during his tenure. The appointment of a new General Manager will be completed soon.
