Sichuan Development Lomon announces 2024 dividend distribution

Sichuan Development Lomon (SZSE:002312) has announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the annual shareholder meeting on May 29, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 1.41 (inclusive of tax) for every 10 shares held, based on the total share capital of 1,889,338,619 shares. This translates to a total cash dividend payout of CNY 266,396,745.28 (inclusive of tax), representing 50% of the net profit attributable to shareholders for the year 2024.
