Noposion chairman pledges shares for financing

Shenzhen Noposion Agrochemicals (SZSE:002215) announced that its actual controller, Lu Baiqiang, pledged 3.7 million shares, representing 13.86% of his holdings and 3.68% of the company's total share capital. The pledge, with Wanlian Securities as the pledgee, is for "new borrowing to repay old debt" and is effective from June 11, 2025, until the release of the pledge registration.
