Dian Diagnostics announces 2024 equity distribution plan

Dian Diagnostics Group (SZSE:300244) announced its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the shareholder meeting on May 30, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 2.50 (tax included) per 10 shares to all shareholders based on a total of 611,099,436 shares, after excluding 13,880,000 repurchased shares. The total cash dividend payout amounts to CNY 152,774,859.00 (tax included). The equity registration date is set for June 17, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is June 18, 2025.
