Changelight: Major shareholders plan share reduction

Xiamen Changelight (SZSE:300102) announced that shareholders Shenzhen Hejun Zhengde Asset Management Co., Ltd. plan to reduce their holdings in the company. The shareholders, collectively holding 81,280,000 shares or 8.83% of Changelight's total share capital, intend to decrease their shareholding for capital needs. The reduction will be carried out through a combination of centralized competitive trading and block trading, starting 15 trading days after this announcement and continuing for three months. The total reduction will not exceed 26,974,094 shares, equivalent to 3% of the total share capital. Specifically, centralized competitive trading will not exceed 8,991,365 shares (1%), and block trading will not exceed 17,982,729 shares (2%).
