An Hui Wenergy shareholder plans to increase stake

An Hui Wenergy (SZSE:000543) announced that Anhui Wenergy Capital Investment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of its controlling shareholder, Anhui Energy Group, plans to increase its stake in the company. The planned increase will occur within the next three months through methods permitted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, including but not limited to block trades. The investment amount will be no less than CNY 75 million and no more than CNY 150 million. Prior to this announcement, Anhui Energy Group and its concerted parties collectively held 1,286,229,342 shares, representing 56.74% of An Hui Wenergy's total share capital. Anhui Energy Group held 1,245,208,342 shares, accounting for 54.93%, and Anhui Wenergy Energy Materials Co., Ltd. held 41,021,000 shares, or 1.81% of the total share capital. Anhui Wenergy Capital currently holds no shares in the company.
