FAW Jiefang announces 2024 annual equity distribution

FAW Jiefang Group (SZSE:000800) announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan following approval at the Annual General Meeting held on April 18, 2025. Shareholders of record as of June 16, 2025, will receive a cash dividend of CNY 0.05 (including tax) per 10 shares, totaling CNY 246,064,048.75. For Hong Kong market investors, offshore institutions (including QFII, RQFII) and individuals holding pre-IPO restricted shares, the dividend will be CNY 0.045 after tax for every 10 shares. The ex-dividend date is set for June 17, 2025.
