JA Solar increases registered capital, amends articles of association

JA Solar Technology (SZSE:002459) announced that its board of directors has approved an increase in the company's registered capital and corresponding amendments to its Articles of Association. This increase follows the conversion of "JA Solar Convertible Bonds" into company stock between August 1, 2024, and May 31, 2025, resulting in a total conversion of 8,881 shares. Consequently, the company's total share capital will increase from 3,309,670,663 shares to 3,309,679,544 shares, with the registered capital rising to CNY 3,309,679,544.
