Zhuhai Port chairman Chen Shaoxing resigns due to work adjustment

Zhuhai Port Co., Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors received a written resignation report from Chairman Chen Shaoxing on June 4, 2025. Chen Shaoxing resigned due to work adjustments and will no longer hold any position within the company after his departure, including his role as Chairman of the Board and member of the Strategy Committee. Zhuhai Port stated that Chen's resignation does not fall below the legal minimum number of board members, and the company's normal operation will not be impacted. The resignation is effective upon delivery to the Board. Chen Shaoxing did not hold any shares in the company. Zhuhai Port intends to complete the election of a new director and chairman and fulfill information disclosure obligations in a timely manner. The Board acknowledged Chen Shaoxing's contributions during his tenure, citing his fairness, diligence, and leadership in improving corporate governance.
