Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes to pay bond interest on June 10

Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd. announced it will distribute interest for its 2021 Public Offering of Corporate Bonds (First Phase) to qualified investors. The bond, known as "21 Xinxing 01" (SZSE:149504), will pay interest for the period of June 10, 2024, to June 9, 2025. The record date for bondholders is June 9, 2025. The interest rate for this period is 2.60%, translating to CNY 26.00 per 10 bonds (face value CNY 1,000). For individual and securities investment fund bondholders after tax, the amount is CNY 20.80 per 10 bonds. China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Shenzhen Branch will handle the interest payment.
