Suzhou Good-Ark announces 2024 dividend distribution

Suzhou Good-Ark Electronics has announced its 2024 dividend distribution plan following approval at the Annual General Meeting held on May 15, 2025. The company will distribute CNY 0.19 (inclusive of tax) per 10 shares. The distribution is based on the adjusted total share capital of 810,139,316 shares. The total cash dividend payout will amount to CNY 15,392,647.004 (inclusive of tax). The ex-right and ex-dividend date is set for June 13, 2025, with the equity registration date on June 12, 2025. Dividends for A-share holders will be directly credited to their securities accounts through China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited (CSDCC) on June 13, 2025. Certain shareholders will have their dividends distributed directly by the company. The company will also adjust stock option exercise prices.
