Sinotruk Jinan Truck appoints new general manager, board secretary

Sinotruk Jinan Truck (SZSE:000951) has announced key leadership changes with the appointment of Zhao Hai as the new General Manager and Zhang Xin as the Board Secretary, effective June 6, 2025. This follows the resignations of Zhao Erxiang from the role of CEO and General Manager, and Bi Yanxun from the position of Board Secretary, both due to work changes. Zhao Erxiang will remain on the board of directors, and Bi Yanxun will continue as a director and Chief Financial Officer.
