SG Micro Corp completes stock vesting, shares to list

SG Micro Corp announced the completion of the fourth vesting period for the first grant of its 2021 restricted stock incentive plan. A total of 1,197,134 shares will be vested to 422 eligible employees, representing approximately 0.25% of the company's total share capital before this vesting.
